Content not accessible
Non-compliance
- The videos accessible from the page www.lavalleedukiwi.com/en/discover/videos-and-podcast/our-videos/ do not have audio description or transcription.
- The content of the iframe on the "Book my rental between individuals" page presents numerous accessibility issues, particularly for keyboard navigation and rendering by screen readers.
- Some untranslated content is displayed in French on pages in English or Spanish, without any indication of the language change being indicated in the source code..
Exemptions for disproportionate load
Inaccessible PDF documents
Most of the documents available for download (brochures, schedules, magazines, etc.) are not accessible and do not have an online version. An explanatory text indicating this non-compliance, along with a contact method for obtaining alternative information, is provided either in the introduction to the page containing these non-compliant documents or in the immediate vicinity of the document download link.
Content not subject to the accessibility requirement
The "Agenda" pages in English and Spanish display content in French without any indication of the language change: this content is provided by a third-party organization, and the Tourist Office has no control over the translations.

Remedies
