The life cycle of wild salmon, from its migration to its return to the Pyrenean torrents, the different types of wild salmon fishing (professional, sport? and others!) and traditional smoking, a technique used by Maison Barthouil
In collaboration with Inra Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, with the support of Ifremer Bidart and the Office National de l'Eau et des Milieux Aquatiques.
