In this book, constitutionalist Eugénie Mérieau explores the main issues raised by the authoritarian tendencies manifesting themselves in democracies today. In the sequence we have been living through since the surprise dissolution of June 9, 2024, the Constitution has reappeared as a central issue in political and semantic struggles.
