13h : podium mild-half,
14h30 : départ course swimrun en solo ou en duo, nage 2500 m (3 sections : 900m - 850m - 800m), course 10 km (3 sections : 1,3km - 1,1km - 7,5km),
16h30 : podium,
16h45 : apéro convivial,
17h-18h : plateau stand up "Paye ton sketch",
18h-20h : diffusion sur grand écran de la finale de football PSG-Arsenal.
Restauration et buvette sur place.
