On Saturday June 13, 2026, the medieval bastide town of Hastingues will play host to a new kind of event: the very first MIAM MIAM Festival. Although the Jardin du Carcoilh is the initiator of this project, the whole of the historic center will come alive for the day. By involving local players and taking over the heart of the town, the festival transforms the village into a veritable voyage of discovery.

This hedonistic event celebrates the art of living through a sensory journey. Gastronomy takes center stage, with a fusion cuisine that combines local traditions and Asian flavors, thanks to 100% female chefs from a variety of backgrounds. Château d'Estrac has also adapted its dates to include its first festival of 12 ceramists.
