Cross-views, unexpected associations, emotional upheavals, shifting or resonant perceptions: rather than an exhibition, this year Arthous Abbey is offering a museum tour that breaks down the barriers between eras and shakes up visitor habits by placing in dialogue with its collections a selection of contemporary works from the Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine MÉCA, the Quasar? Donation Lesgourgues, and on loan from artists François Priser and Romain Bernini.

To nurture this exchange, no fewer than thirty works by artists such as Christian BOLTANSKI, Katharina FRITSCH, Robert COMBAS and Jaume PLENSA are displayed in all the rooms of the heritage site.

The exhibition is complemented by special features for younger visitors.
